Firebreak Order 2018-2019 — Shire of Gingin
Requires landowners/occupiers in the Shire of Gingin to install and maintain firebreaks between November 2018 and May 2019.

Notice is hereby given to all landowners/occupiers within the Shire of Gingin that bare earth cleared firebreaks must be installed and maintained from 1 November 2018 until 31 May 2019. Persons who fail to comply with the requirements of this Order may be fined up to $10,000. In addition, the Shire may arrange for the required work to be carried out at the cost of the owner or occupier.
