This determination is made by the Chief Dangerous Goods Officer under Regulation 19 of the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007. This determination replaces determination (No.2) 2020 that was gazetted on 22 January 2020. Restricts placarded vehicles in tunnels unless specific conditions are met, including written permission from the Director General of Main Roads Western Australia and tunnel closure for maintenance.
