Made by the chief dangerous goods officer under s 27(1) of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004. This notice may be cited as the dangerous goods safety appointment notice (no. 1) 2025. I appoint the following persons to be a dangerous goods officers— (i) deanne cottrell (ii) mick martin (iii) sameul dragievich.
