Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 september 2017, are required by the executor of the estate, judith ann ellis of care of elizabeth wiese & associates, 5 ellen street, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her at the address stated herein within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
