Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 18 march 2018, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, alexander james smithers, of 1 haig road, dalkeith, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
