Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on October 21 2021, in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Nedlands, Western Australia, are required by the trustee Ms Kirstine Forestier care of Sou’ West Legal Services, of po box 1744, Busselton, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to her by April 22nd 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
