Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 april 2021 at royal perth hospital, western australia, are required by the administrators, vanessa jane fenn and brittney ann fenn to send particulars of their claims to birchstone tax law, 1/100 havelock street, west perth, wa 6005 by the 10th day of november 2021, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
