Marine and harbours (mangles bay) proclamation 2025 made under the marine and harbours act 1981 section 9(1) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation comes into operation as follows— clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette; the rest of the proclamation—on the day after that day. The following land is vested in the minister for transport— (a) lot 303 on dp 48616 being the land in certificate of title volume lr 3140 folio 961.
