Order changing the ward boundaries and councillor numbers for the Shire of Esperance. The boundaries of the Town Ward and Rural Ward are changed as delineated on Deposited Plan 421180 version 1. The number of councillors for the Town Ward is 7, and for the Rural Ward is 2, effective from the next election day.
Related notices
Requires landowners and occupiers within the Shire of Esperance to clear firebreaks or take other measures by October 9, 2026, and maintain them until March 31, 2027.
Amends the Shire of Esperance Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2025 by updating definitions and prescribed offences.
Enacts the Shire of Esperance Health Amendment Local Law 2026.
Authorises general retail shops in Esperance to open during otherwise closed hours.
