Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, i hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels five (5) knots within the following area—home island—all the waters around the home island wharf bounded by the shoreline and (i) a line parallel to and 85 metres from the main northern side of the wharf, (ii) a line parallel to and 60 metres from the southern side of the wharf, and (iii) a line parallel to and 100 metres from the end of the wharf.
