In the estate of William David Plant, late of 3 Mascot Court, Hillarys, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the above known deceased, who died on 23 April 2016, are required to send particulars of their claims to the legal personal representative, Deborah Jones of 12 Wakeley Way, Duncraig WA 6023 by 9 January 2018, after which date the legal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
