Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 5 May 2023 are required by the executors lynn harrison and paul clark, [contact details redacted] within 30 days of this notice after which date the executors may convey and distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which they have had notice.
