It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Halls Creek Local Planning Scheme amendment on 12 June 2017 for the purpose of deleting clauses from the scheme text, removing clauses and inserting them into schedule A, inserting provisions into schedule A, deleting definitions from schedule 1, amending clauses, deleting and replacing terms, updating clauses, modifying the zoning table, renumbering scheme provisions and schedules, and updating references to various legislation.
