In the estate of James Currie who died on 23 January 2023, of 866 Canning Highway, Applecross, Western Australia, creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Allison Claire Harris, care of Lark Lawyers, Ref—3091, of PO Box 518, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872, to send particulars of their claims to her by 9 June 2023, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice.
