Made by the Governor in Executive Council under Section 23 (2d) of the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 on the recommendation of the Minister for Agriculture and Food. This order may be cited as the Soil and Land Conservation Act (Katanning Land Conservation District) Amendment Order 2016. This order will take effect on the day which it is published in the Gazette. Clause 5 of the principal order is amended.
