Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16/07/2024 are required by the Executors, Danielle Maree Hudson and Shenae Jade Brown care of Avon Legal, Suite 7, 9 The Avenue, Midland WA 6056 to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
