Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 27 august 2023, are required by the executor, of graeme lindstedt, po box 7162 safety bay, 6169 to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
