The minister for planning as granted approval to amend planning control area 149. The planning control area has previously been declared to protect land required for the morley ellenbrook line at bennett springs. The planning control area is now modified to remove the stage one subdivision area in accordance with part 7 of the planning and development act 2005. Western australian planning commission (wapc) plan numbered 3.2770/1.
