In the estate of Barry Herriott late of Pinjarra Caravan Park, 65/1716 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 30th day of October 2024 are required by the personal representative Mark William Prior c/- Greenstone Legal, PO Box 744, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
