Amends emergency management regulations to prescribe offences and modified penalties for non-compliance.

These regulations amend the Emergency Management Regulations 2006. The offence under section 86(1) of the Act is prescribed as an offence for which an infringement notice may be issued under the Criminal Procedure Act 2004 Part 2. The modified penalty for an individual is $1,000, or for a body corporate $5,000.
