In accordance with Regulation 49(2)(c) of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that the following licences are liable to forfeiture under the provision of Section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, being failure to comply with the prescribed expenditure conditions and/or non-compliance with the reporting provisions. To be heard by the Warden at Mt. Magnet on 20 July 2023.
