Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of William Leslie Dowell, 86 Meridian Drive, Mullaloo, Western Australia, who died on 12 August 2018, are required by the personal representative Brian William Dowell to send particulars of their claims to Irdi Legal, 248 Oxford Street, Leederville wa 6007 by 28 February 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
