Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased are required by the executor, Valda Freda Cohen, to send particulars of their claims to Valda Freda Cohen c/- King & Wood Mallesons (Attn: N. Catovic), Level 30, QV1 Building, [contact details redacted] 6000 within one (1) month of the date of publication, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
