These regulations are the Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) (Temporary Exemption) Regulations 2023. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, the rest on 1 September 2023. Exempts certain provisions of the Environmental Protection (Prohibited Plastics and Balloons) Regulations 2018 relating to prohibited plastics. Repealed on 1 September 2024.
