Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 8 april 2018, are required by the trustee bruce leslie buggins, of flat f / 18 floor, block 6, le bleu deux, 12 waterfront road, tung chung hong kong ([email protected]) to send particulars of their claims to him by the 18th day of june 2020, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
