City of Busselton Waste Local Law 2016 made under the powers conferred by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. The Council of the City of Busselton resolved on 14 December 2016 to make the following local law. This local law commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette.
