Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 august 2014, are required by the trustees, hayden timothy willis, 243 ewen street, woodlands wa 6018 and stacey-jane willis, 49 bourke street, leederville wa 6007 to send particulars of their claim to them by 22 november 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
