Notice Text

In accordance with Regulation 50 of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that unless the outstanding royalty payment due on the undermentioned leases is paid on or before 19 December 2022 or a written submission is made by that date to the Minister responsible for the Mining Act 1978 to consider, it is the intention of the Minister under the provisions of Section 97(1) of the Mining Act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant by the holder of the undermentioned leases for failure to comply with the royalty provisions in accordance with Regulation 86A.
