These regulations amend the Magistrates Court (Fees) Regulations 2005. Regulation 3 is amended to insert a definition of 'legal practitioner'. Regulation 5 is amended regarding applications under the Mandatory Testing (Infectious Diseases) Act 2014. Regulation 6 is amended regarding legal representation. Regulation 6A is inserted regarding waiving transcript fees for interim restraining orders.
