In accordance with section 45 (1) (a) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, the board of racing and wagering wa gives notice of the making of—rwwa rules of thoroughbred racing 1 march 2019. A copy of the rules may be obtained from—rwwa, 14 hasler road, osborne park. Rwwa website, www.rwwa.com.au. The rwwa rules of thoroughbred racing 1 march 2019 shall come into operation on 1 march 2019. The previous rwwa rules of thoroughbred racing 1 august 2004 which came into effect on 1 august 2004, are therefore repealed and replaced by the rwwa rules of thoroughbred racing 1 march 2019 as of the date of effect.
