Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Robert Keith Boyne, deceased, who died on the 13th day of October 2021 at Peel Health Campus, Greenfields are required by the executor Murray William Boyne to send particulars of their claims to Peel Legal Barristers & Solicitors of PO Box 1995, Mandurah, WA 6210 by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
