Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 february 2023 are required by the legal personal representative, rheanna jane jupp c/- gc lawyers, po box 268, geraldton wa 6531 to send particulars of their claims to her within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the legal personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
