Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 march 2025, are required by the executor, to send particulars of their claims to care of p.j.brown, 3 burley street, mandurah, wa 6210, within thirty (30) days of the date of publication here of, after which the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
