In the matter of the estate of Ann Mary Cullity (also known as Anne Mary Cullity), late of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 2nd day of June 2024, are required by the executors, Kevin John Edwards and Kylie Dekkers to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, by the 16th day of May 2025, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
