In the matter of the estate of Henryk John Lechowski formally of 18 Forrester Rd Safety Bay in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on the 11th December 2021 are required by the Administrators John and Michael Lechowski to send particulars of their claims to 29 Camfield Place York WA 6302 within 1 month of publication of this notice after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
