Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice number TR405 as published in the Government Gazette on 18 February 2003 and limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) Knots within the following area—Denham Boat Harbour: Those waters of Shark Bay within the dredged basin and marked navigational channel at Denham excluding the area closed to motorised vessels.
