Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 August 2017, are required by the executor Martin Jan Kalkhoven to send the particulars of their claims to him care of 53 Dunkley Avenue, Applecross, Western Australia 6153 by the date being one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
