Made by the treasurer, under section 129n (1) of the electricity industry act 2004 (the act). This notice is the electricity industry (temporary access contribution) notice (no.1) 2023. This notice shall take effect on 1 july 2023. Pursuant to section 129n(1) of the act, the temporary access contribution that is payable by the network business unit of the regional power corporation for the purpose of part 9b of the act.
