Notice is given that pursuant to a deed dated 30 September 2015, the transferors named below ceased to be partners in the limited partnership known as Portavin WA which was, at that date, trading under the business name “Portavin” which, as at that date, had Western Australian business name registration number WA 8823957F (Partnership) and assigned their whole respective interests in the partnership to the transferees named below in the following proportions.
