Authorises the publication of the Law Institute of Victoria Limited Professional Standards Scheme submitted by the Professional Standards Council of Victoria. The scheme commences on 1 July 2022 and remains in force for 5 years, unless revoked, extended, or its operation ceases as specified in the act.
