The council of the Town of Port Hedland resolved on 26 September 2018 to make the following local law under the powers conferred on it by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette and applies throughout the district.
