In accordance with Regulation 50 of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that unless the outstanding royalty payment due on the under mentioned leases is paid on or before Monday, 5 January 2026 or a written submission is made by that date to the Minister responsible for the Mining Act 1978 to consider, it is the intention of the Minister under the provisions of Section 97(1) of the Mining Act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant by the holder of the under mentioned leases for failure to comply with the royalty provisions in accordance with Regulation 86A.
