In accordance with section 7 of the Water Services Act 2012, Hon Dave Kelly MLA, Minister for Water, has granted an exemption from the application of section 5(1) of the Act to Total Eden Pty Ltd for the provision of a water service to the residents of the Rosehill Waters Estate. The exempted water service is the supply of non-potable water provided as part of a community bore scheme at the Rosehill Waters Estate. Water is sourced from on-site bores and distributed through a reticulation network to irrigate public open spaces and residential lots within the Estate.
