Authorisation and publication pursuant to section 26 of the Professional Standards Act 1997 wa (the act). I, dr tony buti mla, attorney general; minister for commerce; tertiary and international education; multicultural interests, authorise the publication of the surveyors australia professional standards scheme (the scheme) submitted to me by the professional standards council of new south wales. The scheme is published with this authorisation and commences on 1 july 2026.
