Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 22 december 2023, are required by the executors, joan ann douzals and richard victor donovan, to send particulars of their claims to them both care of o’sullivan law, suite 32, 18 stirling highway, nedlands wa 6009 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
