Ivor Kingsley McKeown, formerly of [contact details redacted] 14th March 2021. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, Malcolm David Rigoll, to send particulars of their claims to him at [contact details redacted] 6020 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor of the deceased’s estate may distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
