This instrument is the Southern Demersal Gillnet and Demersal Longline Managed Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2022. The amendments are to the Southern Demersal Gillnet and Demersal Longline Managed Fishery Management Plan 2018. Inserts clause 6A regarding additional criteria for granting a licence where a person held licence SDGL250582518 on 30 May 2021 and renewal was not made due to inadvertence, with application before 30 November 2022 and a $2000 fee. Amends Schedule 1 regarding waters within the Australian Fishing Zone.
