The Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Act 2020 (other than Part 1, Part 2 Divisions 1 and 2, Part 2 Division 3 (but only section 87) and Part 2 Division 4 (but only section 103)) comes into operation as follows — (a) sections 9 to 86, 88 and 89 and Part 3 — on 29 September 2020; (b) the rest of the Act — on 30 September 2020.
