Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 9th september 2025, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate being shannon maree lloyd of 16 elmhurst drive, clarkson wa 6030, to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of the date of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to the claims of which they then have notice.
