Notice under Part VI of intention to apply to Court for order to sell or otherwise dispose of goods valued in excess of $3500. You were given notice on 16 November 2018 that the following goods (Holden Monaro Sep/2002 VIN: 6H8V2X37F2L91406) situated at 1/22 Sphinx Way, Bibra Lake WA 6163 were ready for redelivery. Unless not more than one (1) month after the date of the giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery, Chico Bernardo @ Impression Smash Repairs (Bailee) intends making an application to the Court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the Act.
